Strength and Mobility Classes
Do you want to improve your strength and mobility?

The “Strength and Mobility” class will be run every week and held at A.I.M Muscles and Joints on Tuesday nights.  This class will be for you whether your goal is to relieve pain, manage an injury, improve your posture or performance – strength and mobility is an essential component of any program.  Class size limited and will be a 45 min class that will run through a series of exercises to help you improve your breathing patterns and increase your strength and mobility.
PROGRAM
This program is for any age group that is willing and motivated to help improve their movement, strength and mobility.
WHAT TO EXPECT
One hour of fun and fitness to:

  • Stabilise your posture
  • Improve your flexibility
  • Increase your strength
  • Speed up your recovery after an injury
  • Educate you further in Back Care

Due to size and safety classes will be limited to 3-4 participants per class.
WHEN
Tuesday Nights starting at 6pm.  Be there at 5:50pm.

            Towel
            Water bottle
            Workout clothes
            Footwear suitable for walking
            A sense of humor and desire to improve
